It works, I couldn't find a hose but found a used A4 size envelope folded it to fit that space where it fell, I then put duct tape at the end then lowered it in delicately and retrieved my fallen bulb. Thanks for the idea.

My toyo 1992 was ticking in back I took off cover put gasket in correctly and tightened valve cover down and ticking was gone.

Tighten your valve cover it will quiet it alot
